During your virtual appointment, we'll review your skin, discuss your lifestyle and diet, and complete an in-depth skin questionnaire covering both acne and pigmentation concerns. From there, I'll create a personalized treatment plan with product recommendations tailored to your skin's needs — whether that means targeting breakouts, fading discoloration, or both.
After the consultation, your products will be shipped within 24 hours, and you'll receive an email outlining your customized routine, key tips, and what to expect in the coming weeks.
Bi-Weekly Support
To keep you on track, you'll receive bi-weekly text support throughout the program. This includes:
- Sending progress pictures and updates on how your skin is responding
- Tracking changes in tone, texture, or pigmentation

Monthly Phone Check-Ins

Once your skin clears and evens out, the program shifts to completion and maintenance. At this stage, I'll guide you on how to maintain your results and, if needed, recommend next steps such as:

You'll also receive ongoing education on how to care for your skin long-term and instructions for ordering replacements or additional products to keep your progress steady.
