Cancellation Policy:

  • I request that you give notice no later than 36 hours before the scheduled appointment in the event that you cannot make it. Cancellations after the 36-hour time period will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment.
  • No Show Policy:

  • If the client misses an appointment without contacting me, it is considered a 'No show' appointment. No shows are charged 50% of scheduled services. If the client wants to come back in the future, they need to pay the other half of the missed appointment. Additionally, if a client is more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, it will be considered as a 'No Show' appointment, and that appointment will need to be rescheduled and paid for.
  • Children:

  • Because the size of my room and limited space, kids are not allowed. Unfortunately, I do not have extra seating space in my room. If they are old enough to sit in the lobby alone, where they can sit quietly, then that works. My waiting area is shared with other estheticians who focus on relaxation, so silence is important! Thanks for understanding.
